This memory foam pillow, you can find at Rite Aid for about $30. They have larger versions for about $40, but I recommend the smaller for most people.

This is the lotion that I mix into my body butters. It comes in sizes as small as 8oz. You can find it online at biotone.com

You can find this ice pack at Walgreens for about $8. Most pharmacies carry gel ice packs. Make sure that it is flexible.
